Review: Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of post recently. Since coming home from holiday I’ve just been so caught up with this and that and have loads of unposed blog post sitting in my drafts folder but not to worry, I’m back and so are the posts. Enjoy!

I’ve always enjoyed a good face mask, the feeling of the gloop drying on your face and the satisfaction that comes with peeling the mask off when you’re done. Recently I’ve seen bloggers and vloggers rave about sheet masks and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on one which is why I got  excited when I recently seen a new product from Garnier on a trip to Boots.

What is it?

The Moisture Bomb Tissue mask is a super-hydrating revitalising mask for dehydrated skin. It is enriched with pomegranate extract, hyaluronic acid, and plant serum to intensely rehydrates skin, reduces the look of fine lines, and revives radiance. One 15 minute use of the mask has the equivalent benefits of one weeks use of Garnier’s day care cream. The light tissue mask promises smoother, bouncier, healthier skin.

How to use it?

  • Apply sheet mask to face, aligning the holes up with your eyes, nose and mouth as best as you can (the mask is huge guys, beware)
  • Once happy that you’re not drowning in slimy gunk, peel of the tricky blue protective layer from the mask
  • Lie down and relax for the stated 15 minutes or longer if the mask lulls you into a blissfully relaxed state
  • Peel the mask off and admire your beautifully plump, hydrated face. Oh, remember to rub in the excess serum also.

My thoughts?

I loved this mask. Despite the fiddly paper mask it is so relaxing to have this sitting on your face and you see the benefits straight away. My skin looked plumper and my little eye lines less noticeable and my face just looked so refreshed and felt fantastic. I could have happily put another one o straight away just to feel the cooling effect from the mask. It is definitely one I would recommend and will be using again and again. Even better? You can pick one up from Boots for only £0.99, check it out HERE. If you do try it, let me know your thoughts on this mask.
